Refund policy

Warranty Claims
If you purchase an item from us that has a warranty specificed in the product page, description or product title, the warranty will start on the day your order is received. (exceptions will be made for turbines purchased in lots of 10 or 20, if they are not put into use until a much later date).  

If you product fails within the warranty time period, please emails us at info@dentalpartshaus.com to make your warranty claim. We will first verify the product is under warranty and then send a prepaid shipping label to return the defective items to us.   Once received, we will process the warranty claim and send a replacement part to you via fedex 2nd day (within the us) 

For warranty claims on international orders outside the U.S. - the process is the same with the exception of the prepaid shipping label, we ask that the customer covers the return costs with their own shipping label and we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement products.

Returns/Refund 
Any un-used parts may be returned to us for a refund.  If the parts were orderd in error or by mistake, we ask that the customer covers the return shipping costs and ships them back using their own shipping label.  Note:  Most products will incur a restocking fee of 10% when processing a return.   If you would like to opt for store credit instead - we will be happy to process a refund avoiding all restocking fees. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.(Minus Restocking Fees)  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
