 Warranty and Return Policy - For Technicians and Repair Personal Use Only.  Not Intended for Use in Dental Offices or by Dentists and Staff

     

    We want you to be happy with the products you purchase from us. We will accept returns on most of our items except previously installed bearings and handpieces already placed in service (unless defective). Our autochuck rotor complete balanced assembly carry a manufacturer's 9 month warranty (plus 30 day shelf life) UNLESS purchased without the impeller in which case there is a limited 4 month warranty. We cannot be responsible for out-of-balance impellers re-installed with new chucks and bearings. Complete turbines and Drop-In Cartridges are warranted for 9 months from date of purchase limited by certain bearing failures due to poor maintenance.  All other parts carry a 6 month warranty from date of sale. Certain Nakamura heads, contra-angles and attachments are warranted for one year of purchase. 

     

    You may return items to our warehouse for credit or refund up to 30 days after the sale of such goods. Incorrectly shipped goods or non-fitting goods must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt. Authorized Returns over 30 days are normally credited in store purchase credit.  We cannot accept returns over 60 days from purchase. Returns over 75.00 require authorization [RMA].     Our dental bearings carry no warranty, implied or otherwise due to variation of operating conditions and lubrication or maintenance factors. If you have maintained bearings purchased from us correctly and you are having failure issues, please contact us immediately. In most cases we will exchange or pro-rate a refund depending on the individual situation. Turbines under 6 month or 9 month warranty that have been in service and failed in some way must be returned before a replacement unit is send. We do not sent merchandise without payment unless being replaced with the warranty item sent to us in advance. Barden® bearing warranty issues may be taken up directly with Barden Ltd. (UK)

     
    • All turbines and cartridges are custom built to order and may be subject to a 6% disassembly and re-stock charge (US $35.00 maximum).
    • Returns of incorrectly ordered replacement parts and bearing kits may result in a 10% restocking fee (minimum US $10.00) unless you reorder the correct item(s) within 10 days. A restock fee credit will be issued.
    • Returns on tooling and shop equipment are subject to a 10% restocking charge.
    • Shipping costs on non-warranty returns for incorrectly ordered items are at the customer's expense.  
    We cannot be responsible for improperly packaged items or items shipped without sufficient tracking information. Please do not enclose small objects in letter size envelopes. USPS automation equipment will pass those envelopes though a tilling unit that removes any rigid object to prevent damage to the optical scanning array of lens and mirrors.

     

    SPECIAL NOTE:  International shipping laws require us to indicate the full value of goods contained within each shipment. We cannot and will not alter the value of goods contained.  All duties and import fees required by your country are your responsibility. Please check out the laws of importation before placing your order. Returned shipments will be charged to your payment source.
