Slinger or Air Dam to block contaminants from entering handpiece. Virtually eliminates aspiration of contaminants into the handpiece. This dam is part of the NSK non-return clean-air system located in the handpiece head. Applies to X500/X600/X700 and NL9000 series (stateside US) as well.
